Tips for Improving LR

Post by FlyHigh » Wed Nov 02, 2011 11:42 am

Specifically directed at those who got a -3 or less wrong on LR (total). I tend to fluctuate between -4 and -8 and want to really improve before December. If you guys could share some tips, that would be great!

Find out what types you are missing, drill those types. If it's more or less random, then you are not reading them properly, because you know how to do each problem, then you are just misreading, going too fast, or not focusing.

That's pretty much how I was on LR going into the test. Ended up getting -5 and -3, but honestly, I was never really able to find a great trick to improve my score other than doing lots and lots of questions.
