Canceling

I canceled on the day (fill in both bubbles, sign + date), but I'm wondering- is there any way to confirm it with LSAC? I know I probably don't need to but I just want to be 100% sure the score got canceled.

Call LSAC. Should be easy, I think. Hope it works out. That's what I would do.
