When CAN we talk about the exam?
So, I know we can't talk specifics of the exam yet. But can we start talking about it with more specificity after the cancellation window closes? Or do we have to wait until the scores are released?
(I mean on TLS).

Do what these guys did

Never. The questions are the property of LSAC, and you have to buy access to them. You can't put their questions on a public forum any more than you can post downloaded music on this site. The legal technicalities behind my analogy may not be perfect, but you get the idea.

Ok. Got it. I was just wondering because I see on TLS posts like "PT54 LR1 Q3" discussing questions with some degree of specifics. Are we not allowed to do that after the six day period closes either?kaiser wrote:Never. The questions are the property of LSAC, and you have to buy access to them. This is wrong. Once the tests are published, you can discuss them freely.kaiser wrote:Never. The questions are the property of LSAC, and you have to buy access to them. Thats what I meant. You can discuss them in the abstract, and even break down answer choices, but you just can't post them fully ever. By merely discussing them, people who don't have access to the Q's can't possibly get the benefit of them.

But we can't do that until it's published? Or is the post-6 day period OK?kaiser wrote:.aschup wrote:This is wrong. Once the tests are published, you can discuss them freely.kaiser wrote:Never. Re: When CAN we talk about the exam?
we can go public when the test goes public. Until that point it's looked at as an unfair advantage for the people who are not privy to this info. Only when the lsac can make money off all of us equally is it fair to freely talk about whether or not book H could of been on all 3 shelves.

The first rule of the LSAT is, you don't talk about the LSAT

LSATs go on as long as they have to, and if this is your first LSAT, you HAVE TO LSAT.Mauve Dinosaur wrote:The first rule of the LSAT is, you don't talk about the LSAT

Are scores released at a specific time? Or just emailed at random in a 2 day span?
