OCT 2011 Experimental Section
If any Mod reads this, is it okay to discuss, very vaguely which section we thought might have been the experimental?
(like 1 2 3 4 5).
Of course the content of any section will never be brought up.
Just if maybe it was specifically the one of the first three or last two.

It is always one of the 1st 3.
I knew which one mine was since I had a RC #3 and then again on my 4th one

Re: OCT 2011 Experimental Section
Not everyone has the same experimental. Some had an LG experimental, some had an LR experimental, and some had an RC experimental.
The experimental can appear as different sections of the exam for different people. However, the experimental is consistently one of the first 3 sections of the exam.

okay so we can keep it like that, right?ThreeRivers wrote:It is always one of the 1st 3.

I had LR on 1 3 4. (eff me, right?)
one was significantly harder than 3 or 4. but I guess, there's no way of telling which was which.

Re: OCT 2011 Experimental Section
I had LR 1 LG 2 LR 3 LR 4 RC 5
I am praying to god 1 was the experimental as I think I bombed it. They had us sitting around for 45 minutes dealing with administrative shit and waiting and it totally threw me off. All that time waiting and thinking just upped the stress and pressure. LG 2 gave me my confidence back and I did good on LR 3. Than that break for some reason just totally relaxed me and I owned LR 4. RC 5 was iffy that Dostoevsky passage took me a lot longer than it should have and I was pressured for time at the end.

Dude, I had a logic games 1st section then LR then another Logic games on the 3rd section. I GOT RAPED by the 3rd section one. Overall I think I did very well on the rest of the test but that 3rd section. Soon found out it was experimental. WIN
I knew it was experimental while taking it; it was nothing like the last 10 games at all.

Exact same situation.StrongSofts wrote:I had LR 1 LG 2 LR 3 LR 4 RC 5

I prey that LR 1 was the experimental. Would that be likely at all? first one being it?
I mean lol, wow I bombed it.

Same. I think that unless there were 102 questions (possible, but unlikely) the third was the experimental, as mine had 27 questions.StrongSofts wrote:I had LR 1 LG 2 LR 3 LR 4 RC 5

It's just as likely as any other section to be the experimental one, so you might be good.bleern031 wrote: Exact same situation.

And the test isn't curved around people's performance today, so no one here is praying for you to bomb it!

Re: OCT 2011 Experimental Section
I have a question.
Is it possible that there were two different LR experimental sections? I have seen people saying they had 25 26 and 26 for 3 LR sections, but I had 25 25 26.

Re: OCT 2011 Experimental Section
I know it sounds bad but I am happy at least a bunch of other people bombed section 1 LR. Hopefully this means that that was the experimental. If it isn't the experimental, and I do not cancel I am going to be sick.

Oh, damn, you're right. I had LR(25), LG(23), LR(26), LR(26), RC(27). This probably means the 3rd section was an experimental. Damn, I know I bombed section 1 because my timing was way off.egirarde wrote:Same. Well then unless people are mistaken, LR sections are 25 and 26, its the only possibility.

if you had 25 25 26. That means for those of use who had 26 26 25 one of the 26 was experimental.
Which means LR1 was real. That just makes me sad.

That's how it has always been. Not necessarily a trend that will continue, but I'd put money on it holding.sinfiery wrote:Can anyone verify this?LSAT Blog wrote:Not everyone has the same experimental. Some had an LG experimental, some had an LR experimental, and some had an RC experimental.

I had LR (25) LG (23) LR (26) LR (26) and RC (27)
I am still holding on to the hope that we had a 102 question test and the first LR with 25 was exp. Awful!
