I found the best way is to try and summarize it in your head in one sentence before looking at the choices. If you want a more cut and paste way, I'd say check the first and last sentences in the blurb.

Ask yourself "What is this author trying to tell me?" You want to find the essence of the passage rather than summarizing each paragraph.
