quick question about these online study groups? Forum

So I have been finding all these threads about study groups through mostly MLSAT, a few questions I have..

um who hosts these? is there a fee to join? and can anyone join this even if they are following a different study schedule but still wants to come in and get some help on problems?

There are student leaders, we host the room.

Is there any way to get emails re: when people are meeting, or is my best bet to just go on that same meeting room randomly, or is there a third option? (haha)
