So I noticed that December 2010 LSAT is no longer available as a PDF in my lsac account and I wanted to look up a specific question but I don't have a blank anymore so I googled one of the test questions and it redirected me to Issuu.com where apparently somone is sharing blueprint's copy of this test.... it has the LSAC watermark on it but I was wondering isn't it illegal to share material like that?
I'm just really confused because all I had to do was google a question and it comes up and its free to download...? wtf?
anyone heard of issuu before? Forum

are you saying that if i go to Issuu.com and look for the Dec 2010 LSAT i'll find a PDF copy of PT62 that i can download if i log in?
this cannot stand, poor students can have access to more practice...and its all because of the internets...shame.

It is illegal until they pay license fee for every test they share. For the PT 62 the license price is $6, so unless this website is a charity organization their practice is illegal.
