I think during my break I'm going to find the most attractive girl in the room and make a move. 8)

I haven't taken the LSAT yet - but I've read some posts that say not to drink any caffeine (I'm not sure if that will really help...I'm afraid it might hurt me!) or have anything high in sugar during the break because you could quickly come down off that. I'm not sure what you ate or drank during the break, but maybe it had something to do with it? Also, make sure you get up, walk around, maybe even stretch to keep everything flowing! Also, make sure you eat a solid breakfast that will carry you through!

During practice tests, try out a few different options during your break - see if there is anything you are doing makes a significant difference. It seems like a lot of people lose steam in the 2nd half because the test is long and rigorous, so make sure you are also taking full practice tests (as in 5-sections, not the 4-sections that are in the preptests - you could I guess do the writing sample too, but I personally don't find it necessary to practice that).

Hope that helps a little bit!

Eat your snack, take a leak, and talk about how the test is going in incredibly vague terms while trying to figure out which one of your pre-break sections was the experimental.

Have a snack that's high in protein, like nuts or a protein bar. Walk while you eat it, and make sure to use the restroom. Also, DON'T listen to other people talking about the test, that just causes more stress. Try to get away from everyone talking about it. Hope that helps.

Seriously? Eat a high carb, high protein snack and make sure to pee. No LSAT-related study or banter will help you at this point. Wet your whistle with some water, but don't take in too much liquid. Forget about the first three sections and, if necessary, shake it out to allow yourself to prep for the next two.

The first time I took the LSAT, it was held in a conference center. A lot of people went to the bar during the break.
