Take the time to identify what section/question types you are struggling with. Allocate only a small amount of time to working on sections you are already scoring well in, and spend the rest of your time on addressing your weaknesses. Also, take a shitload of practice tests under actual conditions(i.e. no breaks, etc...). One final thing that helped me was while I took my practice tests I would only check my timer once or twice. This helped me develop an "internal" timer (I know that sounds corny) which saved me some time because i wasn't constantly checking my watch to see how much time was left. This helped me improve by 8 points.
