I started studying for the LSAT sometime in late April and began to study more seriously around the middle of May when my semester ended. My Diagnostic (about a year ago) was a 160. I read the LGB, LRB and MLSATs RC guide. I started full, timed PTs in May and I've done about 9 now (16,18,19,30,31,40,41,42). My first full, timed score was a 170 and I have not been able increase my score at all since then! I've scored anywhere from 168-171, but my average is right at 170. I'm pretty inconsistent on missed sections: one test I'll bomb an LR and the other it'll be RC. I feel like I have a good grasp of the concepts and I almost always see my mistakes right away upon reviewing PTs. My goal for October is 175+, but I don't know what else to do to raise my score.
Has anyone else dealt with a problem like this? How can I get to the next level?

Re: Awful Plateau! HELP!
try taking a test between 54-60 (more recent)
see where that takes you and do a FULL review of it >>> even the questions you got right but took you an extra 10 seconds because of another answer choice...

No worries. I was only aware of the thread's existence, otherwise I'm not sure I could have found it by searching.db616 wrote:Thanks... searched "plateau" instead of barrier...
