Receiving LSAT Score
Kind of a silly question, but what else is there to think about in the time between taking the test and receiving your score?
In what manner do you receive your test score? I assume you log onto the LSAC site and go to your LSAT section, but does your score appear at the main page there, or can you see how you did section by section first? When looking at practice tests, I kind of liked to build anticipation for my score by looking at how many I got wrong section by section.
Any thoughts?
Thanks and good luck to all those in waiting.

Think about whatever you like. Read a book.
You get your score via email.
That is all.

Probably hard to not see your score first. Your score appears on the main LSAT page, and there are links to pdfs of your full score report at the bottom of the page. best of luck to you.bos2clt wrote:Kind of a silly question, but what else is there to think about in the time between taking the test and receiving your score?

I got the email and then searched my inbox from 180 downward.

Re: Receiving LSAT Score
You get an e-mail and you can log into the LSAC webpage and view the specifics (your responses, what you got right and wrong, the actual test questions, etc).
As to what to do... try not to worry about it too much. I know that's tough to do, but it's all you can do. If you can, try to work on personal statements. Go on a weekend trip. Just do something.

Why do you think the waiting threads are consistently over 300 pages on this forum?bos2clt wrote:Kind of a silly question, but what else is there to think about in the time between taking the test and receiving your score?
I scrolled down through my email too fast (was on somebody else's computer). I don't think I processed it for a good five minutes

What do you mean you searched your inbox from 180 downwards?

I didn't do this, but I wish I had. I assume she searched her Gmail inbox for the phrase "180" and hoped that the LSAT score results email showed up in the list of matching results. If it didn't, she searched "179", etc., until the email showed up in results.bos2clt wrote:What do you mean you searched your inbox from 180 downwards?
I just dove right into the water.

I'm so doing this. I should probably start at 175 though, because let's be real here.akili wrote:I got the email and then searched my inbox from 180 downward.

For some reason I imagined that owl having a scroll in his mouth that just said "Retake."
