This might be a noob question. But I plan to apply for Fall 2012 cycle. I plan to take the LSAT in september. Is this a good time frame for being able to start in Fall 2012 ? I just need a link maybe, or some explanation how this process works.
Thanks

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you're talking about this 2011-2012 LSAT cycle, I believe there is no September LSAT.

Rough Outline of Things to Do:
1. Sign up for Credential Assembly Service (CAS) through LSAC.
2. Have all Letters of Recommendation sent in to LSAC (look at their website for how to set it up).
3. Have the Registrar from your undergrad institution send in your transcript (again, look at their website for how to set it up).
4. Study for the LSAT and register for the one you would like to at your desired location (you may be referring to the October LSAT, btw).
5. Write, edit and refine personal statement and any other writing assignments that may be specific for individual schools.
6. Access all of the applications and fill them out to completion so they are ready and good to go as soon as you get your LSAT score back on late October.
7. Send in all applications once you get your LSAT score.
Feel free to fill in anything I missed guys.

the deadlines already passed for this year. yes, they will update their sites. wait until the summer is almost over, july- august, the new stuff should be up. take october lsat, you should get LORS and transcripts asap and work on personal statement, then while you are waiting for LSAT score you can occupy your time with completing applications. then hit the send button as soon as your LSAT score comes in.integralx2 wrote:This will allow me to start in fall 2012 then ?
