I think that you've pretty much answered your own question. Are you taking full PT's or just sections? If it really is timing that's an issue be sure that you have the accuracy and then build up to it - are you going -0 without the clock? If not, then focus on understanding first before adding the timing element. If you are, then maybe start doing a timed section first, then before scoring do it again UNTIMED and see what the difference is in your score (if any). Build up your confidence as well as your precision under timed conditions and you'll do great on test day.
