The sources are usually listed in published PTs. The most common source I can think of is The Scientific American, among other articles in various journals.sangr wrote:so where do they get their sources from?

Usually on a page after the answer choices (one of the last pages), in small print.sangr wrote:what?!?! how come i never knew this? where in PT's are they?99.9luft wrote:The sources are usually listed in published PTs. Usually you just subscribe. Google the source in question and you can probably subscribe within two or three clicks.sangr wrote:looking through a certain sites..i get that theyre from certain groups or organizations.

Or if you want back issues, they might be online or in your local public library.

Re: where do RC passages come from?
Assuming you want to read these articles in order to get better at RC, please bear in mind that the RC passages are engineered uniquely to cater to the test and being familiar with the subject matter won't really help you do better on the passages, since the articles you will encounter (even at their densest) will not resemble RC passages.

I am not claiming that either of these sources are "Good" material for the LSAT or law school.
but if one HAD to choose a publication which would u choose:
WSJ or economist?

good that you're not claiming that.sangr wrote:I am not claiming that either of these sources are "Good" material for the LSAT or law school.

i'd go with the economist hands down, since i can't stand WSJ. Frankly, though, I prefer Financial Times to both.
