I took LSAT twice and got 162 in both. I'm now struggling whether to take the 3rd time or not.
For whatever reason, I didn't prepare the last two quite well. I think my problem is that I did't really review my PTs carefully. But now I have done all the PT, in this case, what can I do to improve my score? Really need a 165+.
P.S. If I apply with 162, what should my school list be? Job prospects? And I'm an international student, some said that for international student, GPA and social experiences don't matter a lot, is that true?

What did you do to prep the first 2 times?
If you did sufficient prep then maybe not take it a 3rd time. If you didn't, then go for it.
In reality, there is likely next to no downside to taking it again (other than the time +resources) because the large majority of schools outside of the T-14 just take the highest score. But you should also inquire with specific schools that you find appealing to find out their policies.

The second time, spent two months to prepare and interrupted by the final exam....began to work really hard only two weeks before the official test, with a silly thought like "many people improve in the second time and so do I"NYCLSATTutor wrote:What did you do to prep the first 2 times?

I think I'd better work harder for the 3rd time...Maybe go through the Bibles again and review the wrong answers really carefully.
