They are drawn from several different older tests and part of it (the comparative reading RC passage and questions) does not appear to be from any administered and/or disclosed test, note this on page 9:
Passage Pair for Questions 8–14
For the following comparative reading set, information about the difficulty of the questions is not available.

Ah thank you very much. I just didn't want to review it if I was going to be using it later for a timed test.
