PT 53 Section 3 Question 13

Can anyone explain this to me?

I eliminated the correct answer, B, because I didn't think it was flawed.

You are correct, B is not flawed. That is why it is the correct answer. Perhaps you missed the "EXCEPT" at the end of the question - you are looking for the one choice out of five that does not contain the same flaw as the statement in the stem. Since B does not contain a flaw, it is the CR.

You're right -- didn't see the "EXCEPT." It was on its' own line and I missed it both when I was taking the test and when I was going over it.
