Barring some barrier to prep that I haven't seen here, five months is plenty of time to go 152-164. Make sure you're PTing honestly. You might be interested in the study plans stickied in this forum.

Frankly, 3 months is ample time. 5 months? You should shoot for 170+.

I've had several students go from mid 150s to 170+. Of course, I had them on a rather aggressive and disciplined study plan which they stuck to.
