February: Take or No?

Got a 162, equaling worst PT score. Bombed LG.

This makes my safety a "strong maybe" and my possibilities real reaches. Definitely want to begin Fall 2011.

If I take the Feb test, does it delay consideration of my application as is? Or do my files become complete and they make a decision based on what they have and just consider a Feb score as add'l info for waitlists, etc.? Where can I find this info?
