Re: 3.61 GPA, LSAT 165 with one cancel. Any advice???
Take again. Don't settle for a 165 if you have 170+ in you.
It will suck if you don't get in the high 160's or 170's on a 3rd try, but it would be wrong not to try.
On the plus side, you can prep for this June now and still have your apps in now. Come April, put a seat deposit down at your best option. If you don't do well in June you can just go with that school. If you do do well in June, cancel your seat deposit and get your apps ready for submitting really early in September.

I'd keep it. Your GPA + LSAT should get you into a pretty good school.

What kind of schools are real possibility with that GPA+LSAT at this stage of the cycle? (I'm asking as the situation is similar.)
Also, how much deposit would you have to put and any issue from applying to another school if you back out in July?
