Scores out today December 30th? Forum

I believe, without a shadow of doubt, the scores will be released today.

1) Scores have always been posted before January; therefore, we have the 30th (today) and the 31st.

2) On average, since December 04, scores have been released within 20.33 days. Today, the 30th, would be the 20th day since our exam.

3) During the past 6 years, scores have been released on before the end of December, never falling on the 31st. Subsequently, that means today would be the more likely day, in my opinion.

The key question is what time today will the score be released. I believe they will be released in the morning.

Your second point is what has me the most hopeful. But in regards to it being released before the end of the year, to my knowledge, the December LSAT has never been given this late before (the 11th). Past releases probably don't mean as much there.

Not coming out today, probably the 3rd. Lots of LSAT's administered this late in the month come out the following month, and December will be no exception. And the past two exams came out 23 days later, and on a Monday. The 3rd of January will be both 23 days later and the a Monday.

You do realize LSAC is playing with us and this is a LG that we just can not figure out.

The problem with (1) is that scores have been posted in January before. Scroll down to Helmholtz's post here: http://www.top-law-schools.com/archives ... =6&t=50258. Apparently, the December 03 test was administered on the 6th and scores were released on January 1.

Well hey, that's actually kind of cool, because that means Friday is a possibility and the whole 'holiday' thing doesn't really stop them from releasing scores.

Get it in your head that the scores are coming on January 10th, so when they come earlier you will be excited and relieved.

But in fact I believe the scores are coming on january 10th exactly. As someone who lives in MN currently, I do believe the 10 feet of snow has thrown a wrench in all of our daily routines and while we may want to believe that the people of LSAC are super human and can fly, hover, or teleport to work, the snow has in fact disturbed them too.

I was told by someone at LSAC it won't be released this week. But I bet it won't be released on monday, either. Seems like they began releasing on fridays only because of the massive traffic they get from queries related to scores. I bet they release on Fri Jan 7th. Towards the evening. That way the people who are heated about scores will calm down over the weekend. Trust me, my life is also hanging in the balance till scores come out, I just don't see it happening though.

Haha very true man. Everyone has been telling me this. But it sure as hell feels like that. Can't really blame anyone but myself, anyway -- should have been prepared fully for the october exam so that I could have used Dec as a backup.
