ghosting FEB tests!?

Why is Feb undisclosed since 99 (or whatever year)? and for this nightmare of a december, anyone have feelings on which would be a better retake month? Feb or June? Cycle is pretty much done so applying wont matter for either.

June starts later, more sleep.
