lol you're seriously banning yourself? I agree about TLS, for June I was on all the way up until the date of the test, and the anxiety and nerves for myself, along with everyone else on the forums was on my shoulders. For October and December I stayed completely off the forums for 3 weeks until right after the exam, and it was much better. If you don't have the self control maybe it's best for you.
