I know of lot of people tend to overdue it with the caffeine so lets see which TL'er takes the caffeine throne. I had a cup of tea in the morning and then a pre workout supplement on the ride to the center that had 200mg of caffeine. So probably only about 240mg for me.

I've been on my ECA stack for a few weeks. Took first hit when I woke up, and half during the break...so 300mg :(

Actually not that much...about half of a regular five hour energy

to contrast, I drank about a full extra strength in October.

Two approximately 16 oz glasses of Coke Zero + 1 regular 5-hour energy. I thought it made for a lovely concentration cocktail.

Not sure about today specifically, but I generally averaged 8-10 12oz cups of black coffee a day during my internships (Big4)...peaked one day at 14 cups.
