Re: Sleep Tomorrow.
5 or 6 is pretty ridiculous. Unless you have a long commute to your test center and need to get up at 3 a.m. for that, you should bed fine going to be at 10 or 11, get up at 6, eat breakfast, wake up mentally, get to the center, and dominate the test. Earliest I would maybe ever consider is 9. Any earlier and you might wake up at 11 or midnight because your body thought it was a nap.jd20132013 wrote:I have a final exam at 12 tomorrow. What time should I be aiming to go to sleep? I was thinking about trying to go to sleep at 5 or 6 but was afraid that I might wake up too early. But then again it can take me a while to go to sleep so I need to give myself a buffer. ADvice?

Re: Sleep Tomorrow.
A lot of times it can take me an hour to fall asleep. So maybe 8 or 9 would work, I guess 5 or six is a bit crazy
In October I dont think I feel asleep until 3 or 4

What's your sleep number? Haha, seriously though.. how many hours of sleep do you typically need to function properly? Take this number and add two or three hours to it. For example, if you need at least 7 hours of sleep, call it a night at least 9 or 10 hours before you need to wake up.
