Then LSAC should pay for my hotel. Did they move everyone to Staten Island, or just some? I will take it in ANY other borough, but Staten Island is just ridiculous.

Seriously? You're willing to pay a somewhere approaching $1,000 to apply to law school, then invest three years of your life and another $150k in tuition, but you aren't willing shell out $150 for a hotel room?

It was his choice to do everything you mentioned, so it seems unfair to just say " you should have no problem paying for a hotel room." With that said, there isn't anything you can do If the other centers are booked. You're gonna have to wake up earlier.

It was his choice that the LSAT is a mandated exam? It was his choice the LSAC charges a crazy amount to sign up and then $12 for each application? Huh... I wish I wouldn't have made those same choices...

I wish I had $150 in disposable income right now. I just don't understand why LSAC couldn't make room in another borough. Anywhere would be easier than Staten Island. I don't know if there are any hotels near the test center!

Really? You don't think Staten Island has hotels? You sure you aren't just complaining and stressed out about a very important test?

I'm jealous that you got NYU! When did you register for the test?

I honestly wouldn't be as upset if it were any other borough, but Staten Island is very hard to get to.

I do sympathize. If it's any help, Hotwire says they can get you a 2* hotel on Staten Island for $74, should put you within a couple of miles of the test center. You even get a complimentary breakfast.

Your biggest issue is that you can't take a bag of clothes to the test center. If you don't drive you then have no where to leave your stuff.

Is there anyone you can ask to help you get there on Saturday?
