Hi Doobie so # 15 mentions doctorates and liberal arts and #26 mentions PHD's and for both C is wrong and E is right, which one you asking about?

As far as LR2-#20`s concerned, (c) is just off the mark since "economic stability" is not in that Investment Banker`s interest. On the contrary, (E) sucessfully supports the conclusion of the stimulus.
