I sent in my cancellation for a partial refund. I faxed the form at about 10p on Friday. They said that they must have it by Friday at midnight. However, they were closed at that time and will not re-open until tomorrow. Since they will have the form waiting for them and it was submitted before the midnight deadline, will I still receive my refund, or will I still be locked in to take the test on the date scheduled? This is important because the date to change tests dates is tonight at midnight. I know this is last minute, but I would appreciate any knowledge anyone has to help me. Thank you so much.

if you sent it in before the deadline, you should be in good shape.
