Cancel, cancel 161.
Last 10 PT avg: 172.
I've had some issues with anxiety that resulted in the cancels and a bit of a panic during my 161. However, I've gotten my worst case scenario out of the way and applied to some schools I'd be ok with, so I really don't have anything to lose. Hopefully that will significantly mitigate my anxiety.
I am very good on time in PT's, and was fine in the test, and don't really have a pattern to the Qs I miss, so I don't want to go back to drilling by Q type. I've been studying off and on for a VERY long time, and I'm not sure what to do besides continuing to do PTs and sections ad nauseum.
The only thing I haven't focused on is retaking PTs shooting for 180, and then intensely studying the ones I miss. Is that the best chance to boost my PT score, which has hit a plateau in the low 170s? Any advice or encouragement on this strategy or any others would be greatly appreciated.

work on test taking skills and coping with anxiety issues.
You have a good grasp of the material, now focus on coping with test taking stress.

Yes, yes. I have spent an enormous amount of effort on that, with varying results.northwood wrote:work on test taking skills and coping with anxiety issues.

Anyone else have any useful advice, especially regarding the method I'm asking about?
