So I took the test in June and got a 156... not close to my PT average of 160. I studied and, somehow, figured out the RC section to bump up my PT average in the months before the Octobert test and reached a 170 average.
I got a 166 on the October test, but got a -5 on the LG when I usually get -1 or perfect. Going over the test now, I really feel like i could get an even better score. So, is it worth it to retake a third time, or should I just be happy with my 166?

original average 160... test day 156
original average 170.... test day 166.
lol id say if you can get your PT average to 174+ by Dec then go for it, otherwise don't

Re: Worth another retake?
IDEALLY i'd like to go to UCLA or USC. I think my numbers (GPA is 3.40) right now give me a small chance of getting into those two. I know i can get into the other Southern California schools right now, but I would really like to go to those first two.
So, I guess, the only drawback would be if I scored less than a 166 right? Do schools care between 2 or 3? Granted going over the test now I think I could have done better since it appears I made stupid mistkaes, but then again, maybe those mistakes were just having to deal with the test's time limit.
