Three time testtakers-how will you explain scores?
I had a cancel, 15X, and a 168. I searched the forums, and people said that they didn't submit an addendum and they were fine, but I have three...I have my reasons and if any of you have experience w/ addendum, I would greatly appreciate it if you could look at mine.

Probably not going to write an addendum. I mean its pretty obvious that studying is the reason for the increase.

Won't really matter much at all for most schools.

Some of the schools I'm applying to want a good reason, but I don't know if my reasons are good. I read what they said on the websites.whymeohgodno wrote:Won't really matter much at all for most schools.

you could say something like this
fist test- thought i was prepared, but realized during the test i wasnt and cancelled. Second test scored a 158, got test back and realized I made an epic errror somewhere ( did the games , passages out of order, but bubbled in order) third time made sure i did everything correct
or say took it 3 times. first 2 i realized during post test self reflection taht i did not study effectively enough. third time I re vamped my studying and focused on my weak areas

I don't think it will matter for the schools i'm applying to. Most of them will probably only be admitting me because of my LSAT so I don't think they will care I took it three times as long as I'm in their scope....

Just say you were sick on the first one. It's general and does affect performance.

Illness is not uncommon & is an understandable cause of poor performance if legitimate. Some cold medications, for example, can cause nervousness resulting in an inability to properly concentrate just as excessive amounts of caffeine can affect one.
