LSAT release December 2010

Post by ajmanyjah » Thu Nov 04, 2010 3:07 am

So I am retaking, as I scored between 3-8 points lower than my pt's (and got massacred on my last section-LG, getting literally the last 11 questions all wrong---burnout) and applying earlier with a hold on the higher ranked schools for my December admin

Scores for the December LSAT usually seem to get released before the new year, but they are also usually earlier than this admin (this year---12/11 with a release scheduled for 1/10)

I can't get any info earlier, but does this mean they probably will get released after the New Year?

I think this year's release date will be tricky to predict, because the test date is 5-10 days later than any of the December dates of the past 6 years, and we start running into the New Year holiday. But if you go by the 18-23 day range, the predicted release date should be anywhere from 12/29 to 1/3. To my knowledge, scores have never been released on a Sunday or LSAC holiday (though it has happened on Saturday), so that eliminates 1/2 and 1/3. I'm also inclined to guess against 12/31 and 1/1 due to New Year's, and the 18-day wait has happened only once in the past 6 years, so my best guess would be Thu 12/30.
