Getting fee waivers right now - is this a sign?
I've taken the LSAT before, and I also just took the Oct 2010 test.
I received 2 e-mails from different schools this morning for fee waivers. This is not irregular news, given that I've taken the test before.
But these schools are NOT good schools...I'm so freakin worried
Should I be worried????

No you should not be worried. Fee waivers are random and schools do not find out your score before you do.

It's not a sign. This has been discussed in past forums...schools do not see your score before you do. I am sure the bad schools send e-mails to EVERYONE regardless of their LSAT scores.

No. Most of the lower tier schools that do fee waivers will send out blanket emails or random groups based on CRS, regardless of whether we have an LSAT score or not.

I have never bought the speculation about schools being notified before us, but I just got a fee waiver from BU noting my "recent LSAT performance." I did take the test in June, but it is iffy that I got that on the evening of "Score Release Day" and scores aren't out yet.

No, they don't know your scores yet. I took the June one, didn't take the October test and just got a waiver from BU saying the same thing!
