Brain Supplements
Has anyone used any brain supplements during LSAT prep?

Hunger increases brain function in the short term. Skip breakfast.

Blood of a virgin increases cognitive function tenfold. It's scientific fact.

some people can feel distracted by hunger though, and increased anxiety can increase your metabolic function also in the short term so you may be more hungry than you would usually be over the course of 4-5 hours.
try it out in a timed setting, see how you feel.

I know fish oil apparently helps the brain function, but I can't help but think of snake oil.djjf39 wrote:Fish oil, OP, lots of fish oil

Fish oil and snake eyes?
Or fish eyes and snake oil?
Don't chance it, use all four on the test.

Any thoughts as to the amount of people use adderall/ritalin during the exam who aren't prescribed?

Re: Brain Supplements
I was actually curious myself to see how many people used nootropics on the LSAT (and, accordingly, how much overlap there is between TLS and ImmInst). I took my normal regimen: multi, gram of CDP Choline, and fish oil. Could have definitely used some tweaking. And it was way too cold to get good exercise in the morning.

I find that popping a few honeybees before testing gets me going.
