PLEASE HELP. PT 13, SEC 2!!!

There were 3 questions on this section that i was totally confused on. I am not sure why the right answers are right even after looking at them.
If anyone can please help me, that would be great!

Questions are:
Sec 2, question 13
Sec 2, question 15
Sec 2, question 22
