Why three weeks? Its a Scranton..... Especially for those who are planing to retake. ,If you get the score that you were looking for you would have wasted another three weeks of your life on Test Prep.
My guess is that it's because they have to accommodate for those who choose to have their tests hand-scored, and don't want those people to be at a disadvantage.
