It's the most important test you'll ever take between now and death.

The bar exam is pass/fail, and at most of the top schools 85%< pass it on the first attempt.
The LSAT is much more uncertain, and thus, scarier.

Freaking yourself out is the worst thing you can do.
Calm yourself and realize that you can always retake.

This is why Im urging people: DO NOT COME ON TLS after tonight. These kinds of freak out threads will start popping up and they will cause some people to question their own abilities. Not good.
To the OP: Relax. You'll be fine.
Good luck!

My husband keeps reminding me of this. As if I'm not studying enough (been doing 3 PTs a week + drilling LSATBlog's formulated questions and the LR/LG bibles...) for this darned test, in addition to finishing my honors thesis and carrying 18 units not allowing myself to break my 3.98+ LSAC GPA, yeesh.Veyron wrote:Don't worry, its just the most important 3 hours of your life, nothing to be concerned about.

The LSAT is easy. You know exactly how you have been performing on practice tests, and Saturday is just another PT. There is nothing to worry about. There won't be any surprises. You know exactly what the test is going to be.

It's not just another PT though, it's got serious consequences attached to it.Desert Fox wrote:The LSAT is easy. Your husband sounds like a smart dood. Fuck the honors thesis tho, law schools could care less.Aggiegrad2011 wrote:My husband keeps reminding me of this. Re: holy **** i'm so nervous for this test
I took a final practice test last night, and bombed with a 169 because my roommate started "gettin it in" and distracting me with their loud screams throughout the ENTIRE final LR section.
After that I was like "F it, lets do this". Whatever is going to happen is going to happen. At this point there is nothing you can do but relax, trust yourself, and apply the tools you learned after months of prep.
You'll be fine. As long as you keep your head straight, you should get what you've been getting on your PTs. Psyching yourself out is only going to make you make some silly mistakes and do worse.

Hey man we're all nervous...I just got sick too but you can't let anything phase you. IF you have studied and done multiple PT's you already know the answers to the test, all you gotta do is bubble them. No matter how you are feeling, what distractions there are, you have already done it before, so replicate! Good luck to everyone...think of Sat night...Victory Pints for All!

Re: holy **** i'm so nervous for this test
When I took it in June I was crazy nervous. I ended up screwing up my bubbling on LG and noticed it AS the proctor called time. I knew I screwed up, but didn't know how, and couldn't look back. My nerves shot me.
After I wanted to drive off a bridge, but my brother (Michigan 1L) told me not even to cancel and just chill. Ended up missing 4 LG because of bubbling and still got a 170. Retaking tomorrow as well, but I not nervous (or not nearly as).
So think about it this way. worst case you retake in December. Don't get so worked up.
