Creating a standardized specific question format Forum

I've been thinking this for a while and am trying to occupy my 15 minute break between pt sections so I decided to mention it. I feel that it would be a lot easier if we were to create a standardized format in which to list what question a thread is about in this forum (for instance: PT55 LR4 #12). That way when someone is considering creating a thread they can simply search that tagline in the standard format and get all the info available on the question.
