Hi guys could someone please explain to me why #4 Section 1 Prep 48 is B? Wouldn't D be a better answer?

No. D specifies, "if the revelation of that information does more good for society than does its suppression." In other words, we should only not disapprove of investigative journalism if it reveals innocuous or inoffensive information. The philosopher in the stimulus is arguing that even if information is offensive or inconvenient, we should not disapprove of its dissemination. You dig?
