PT 29, Section 1 Question 13
I don't understand how the correct answer is (E). In particular I don't see how the second part of the reasoning matches up to the second half of the reasoning found in the stimulus. Can someone explain this to me?

I think it's possible you missed what the question is asking.
"The pattern of reasoning in the argument above is LEAST similar to that in which one of the following."
This type of question doesn't come up often but one must be vigilant when reading the question!

Yeah I can only see that this is what you messed up. Happens sometimes when you rush. A B C D are all pretty identical in reasoning to the stimulus, while E stands out because the second part does not match up to the second part of the stimulus.DearCan wrote:I think it's possible you missed what the question is asking.
