I was able to answer the question correctly by matching the various components but nevertheless did not not understand the nature of the flaw. It looked to me as a sufficient versus necessary type flaw.Wondering whether somebody could assist me. Thanks.

I agree with you. They draw their conclusions from just a necessary, just like correct answer (A).
