This is about the moral duty to prevent members of one's family from being harmed...

I picked A. Correct answer is B. I see why answer B is right and why answer A is wrong but how would you categorize this flaw? I've gone through LR flaws for awhile and know most of them but am uncertain about how this would be categorized.
