Look at what types of problems you are making mistakes on. Is it one section that you fluctuate on? Is it over the entire test? Does it vary?

Not really. It seems if i do really well on one section i end up doing relatively poorly on another. Its never really one section in particular

5 PT's isn't that many and a 5 point variation is normal. If there really is no common thread between your mistakes, review them at least, and keep taking more PT's and see what you get.
