Can someone help me understand why D is wrong for #13 of Section 1 in PT 50? Thanks a ton in advance!

It may not necessarily be wrong, but answer E is stronger.

edit: Remember, don't look for the answer that is not wrong... look for the answer that is most right!

but even in hindsight I don't see E as stronger than D. when I saw E I was like "there are a MILLION variables at work that contribute to any given country's economic health so that correlation is probably no more than that...likely not at all a causation or proof that it is imprisoning debtors that accounts for greater economic health." it just seemed like some fluffy weak correlation.

that aside, I look at every question with the mindset that 4 answer choices are categorically wrong and terrible, whereas only 1 answers the demands of the question...

Speaking in general terms, that mindset will probably hinder you, especially in RC.
