PT 30 LG #2 #8

Don't understand why this is E and not A..

Super Rule Inference I have diagrammed
G->F->P,T(P>T)->H,L(H>L)

If G is fifth, than P must be before T, making T unable to occupy spot #1?

Uhh are you sure its not A. My PT says #8 is A.
