Re: Bottom 25% LSAT, Top 10% of Class?
Yes, this has been discussed a million times over. LSAT, while having some correlation with 1L grades, it not that reliable or good at predicting 1L grades. Especially since the difference between 25th and 75th LSAT is often a few questions, a good day or a bad day, etc. What you are referencing has happened countless times. It is impossible to predict or know where you will be in your law school class. Which is why you will often hear the advice, don't go in planning to transfer, don't go in thinking you will for sure get top 10%, etc.gustrock wrote:Does this ever happen? Absolutely. My LSAT score is in the bottom quartile at NU and and am just outside of the top 10%. I have quite a few friends who were WL and are now on Law Review.
