PT 23, Section 3, Question 18.
It seems to me that both B and C are correct. What am I missing?

Never mind, I figured it out.
It goes like this:
1. Sarcastically: "A & B --->C"
2. Tacit Assumption: "not C"
3. "A=True"
4. Therefore: "not B"
