PT 22 Section 3 (LG) #2 and 4

Started doing all the games from PT 7 and I've been smooth sailing till PT22. It's the LG section. I found the first and third games pretty easy, but I could even start Game 2 (medical training sessions) and for Game 4, I got stuck on Q22. I feel like I'm missing some key inferences or/and diagram is way off. :( Any hints will be most appreciated.
