Any nutritionists studying for the LSAT out there? What should I eat to help me maintain peak mental focus for long study session….besides amphetamines…j/k.
What should I throw in a morning smoothie to make sure that I'm getting everything that I need?

not a nutritionist, but probably bananas (vitamin b), nuts, blueberries, high protein
