Have you done the powerscore bible? Are you able to bust out inferences?
If so, repetition might be your best bet.

i skimmed through the bible, but looks like i'll probably go through it thoroughly. inferences aren't really a problem, alot of my time is being consumed on "local" question.

You shouldn't skim through the bible. You might be overestimating what % of potential inferences you're making.

Re: Ways to increase speed on games
Do you know exactly what type of game you're dealing with after reading the first question? One of the things which helped me with speed was being able to identify what type of LG I was doing (as well as the subtypes like linear stacked the overloaded and underfunded type of grouping.) Especially when it came to grouping games, being able to see what I was dealing with (along with repeated practice) helped with faster numerical distribution --> faster inference --> faster contrapositives..so on and so on. If you're getting 100% accuracy, then it's just all about being comfortable without making hypos for everything. If you can make it through local questions without "hypo-ing" everything because of all the initial inferences you made before you started attacking the questions, you'll see your speed increase / game.
You have the accuracy, now get faster without losing it.

that's one of the problems im having, im having to make hypos for the majority of the local questions. also i feel like i need to increase my speed in making inferences. i'll go through the bible, and see if i missed some inference tips. thanks for the tips

Re: Ways to increase speed on games
The first time I took the LSAT, I didn't finish the logic games section and I got a 164. I had never heard of the Logic Games Bible back then.
I'm retaking the LSAT in December and I've ordered the LGB this time. How long should it take me, studying with the book, before I can ace this section?

Re: Ways to increase speed on games
I usually find that when I'm struggling with a localized question, I'm missing a major inference in my initial work, made an incorrect inference, or merely looked over a rule. It's almost always these three things that make a question difficult. Now, if I'm struggling with a question (which takes up sooo much time), I quickly glance over these three trouble spots and usually find what I'm missing.

i've noticed this as well, it just seems like when im actually doing the games i don't see it and it takes a while to apply all the rules but then when im going over it, it seems so obvious. i guess practice would be the solution to this
